Nomis IT respects your privacy. This is a showcase website: it creates no account, uses no tracking cookies and includes no analytics or advertising tools. No personal data is collected automatically when you simply browse it.

Data we process

We only process personal data if you write to us. When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message.

• Purpose: to answer your request and follow up on our exchange.
• Legal basis: your voluntary action and our legitimate interest in replying.
• Retention: for as long as needed to handle your request, then limited archiving, before deletion.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It may pass through our technical providers, strictly to operate the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting. The host may keep technical logs (IP address, requests) for security and reliability.
• Google (Workspace): the email service used to receive and handle messages sent to contact@nomis-it.com.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@nomis-it.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.
